When you submit your information through this form, you are providing it directly to the smog check station you selected. The actual smog check services are provided by the independent smog check station, not by Revv Technologies.

Revv Technologies acts solely as a technology platform that facilitates communication between customers and smog check stations. All service appointments, pricing, refunds, and smog check services are the responsibility of the individual smog check station.

3. Information Collection and Use

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that:

  • All information you provide will be shared with the smog check station you selected
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
  • Your information will be stored in our secure database to facilitate service delivery
  • The smog check station may use your information to contact you regarding your appointment and service
  • We do not sell your personal information to third parties

4. SMS and Email Communications

By providing your phone number and/or email address, you understand that:

  • Service-Related Communications: If you opt-in, you may receive SMS messages and emails related to your smog check appointment, reminders, and service updates from Revv Technologies on behalf of the smog check station. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Marketing Communications: If you opt-in to marketing communications, you may receive promotional messages, special offers, and coupons from Revv Technologies on behalf of the smog check station. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt-out of SMS communications at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive. You may opt-out of email communications by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect service-related communications necessary for your appointment.
  • Help: Text HELP to any message for support information.

5. Smog Inspection Authorization

By submitting this form and agreeing to the inspection terms, you authorize the smog check station to perform a smog inspection on your vehicle and acknowledge that:

  • Station employees may operate your vehicle for inspection testing purposes
  • The station is not responsible for loss or damage to the vehicle or articles left in it, except as required by law
  • You agree to pay for the cost of the test or aborted test, even if your vehicle does not meet minimum testing requirements
  • The inspection fee is due regardless of whether your vehicle passes or fails the smog inspection
  • If your vehicle passes, you agree to pay for the smog certificate
  • By law, you may choose another facility to perform any needed repairs or adjustments

6. Service Appointments and Pricing

All appointments, scheduling, pricing, and payment processing are managed by the individual smog check station. Revv Technologies is not responsible for:

  • Appointment availability or scheduling conflicts
  • Pricing changes or discrepancies
  • Payment processing or disputes
  • Service quality or inspection results
  • Refunds or cancellation policies (which are set by each individual station)

7. Coupons and Discounts

Coupons and discounts displayed on this platform are managed by individual smog check stations. Coupon availability, terms, and redemption are subject to each station's policies. Revv Technologies does not guarantee the availability or applicability of any coupon or discount.

8. Data Security and Privacy

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information using industry-standard security practices. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Your information may be stored and processed in the United States or other countries where Revv Technologies or its service providers maintain facilities.

9. User Responsibilities

When using this platform, you agree to:

  • Any disputes between you and a smog check station
  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Platform unavailability or technical issues

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this platform shall not exceed the amount paid by the smog check station for our platform services related to your specific transaction.

11. Independent Contractors

All smog check stations using this platform are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Revv Technologies. Each station operates independently and is solely responsible for its services, pricing, policies, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

12. California-Specific Provisions

All smog check stations must comply with California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) regulations and California emission testing requirements. Any complaints regarding smog check services should be directed to the individual station or the California BAR.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
